Creative Request System
Introduction
As RISE continued to grow, the demand for creative support increased significantly. However, the creative team was managing requests through scattered channels with no clear system for tracking, ownership, or performance.
Challenge
The creative team was managing requests across email, Teams, chats, and WhatsApp—leading to confusion, missed tasks, and delays. With no central visibility, file management was scattered, accountability unclear, and performance unmeasurable.
Solution
To solve this, I designed and implemented the Creative Request System (CRS)—a centralized internal platform built using SharePoint, Power Automate, OneDrive, and JSON.
