Introduction
RISE Group required high-quality staff portraits for use across key brand touchpoints—cred decks, proposals, website, and social media. The goal was to build a consistent visual identity that reflects the professionalism and credibility of the team.
Challenge
With a growing team spread across regions, maintaining visual consistency in lighting, posture, and tone was essential. The portraits had to be modern, approachable, and aligned with the company’s premium brand image.
Solution
I developed a corporate photography style based on the Rembrandt lighting technique—offering soft, flattering illumination while emphasizing depth and professionalism. The setup was optimized for repeatability, ensuring all portraits shared the same polish and presence.
