Why it exists
My mother's diabetes checkups, my father's hypertension follow-ups, my sister's iron results — all of it lived in WhatsApp forwards, crumpled lab printouts, and separate clinic folders nobody could find in an emergency. Every time someone needed a baseline to compare against, we were starting from scratch. I needed one place where the whole family's records were organized, flagged, and actually readable.
How it works
Pedrigal Health is a role-protected web app where each family member gets a profile with their own record timeline. Lab results are entered with individual test values, units, and reference ranges — the app flags anything outside normal (HI / LO) and tracks the trend against the previous visit so you can see at a glance whether things are improving or worsening. Records are filterable by date range and category. PDFs can be attached to any entry. Row-level security in Supabase means each account only ever sees its own family's data. A public demo mode seeds realistic records instantly so the app can be embedded in a portfolio without exposing real health information.

A self-coaching fitness PWA with a progressive overload engine — built because generic apps don't account for lab results, cholesterol targets, or a home gym with limited equipment.
A personal capture system for ideas worth keeping — built because highlights rot in Kindle, bookmarks go unread, and great quotes deserve a home you'll actually return to.
