Why it exists
My lab work came back flagging cholesterol and low muscle mass at the same time. Every fitness app I tried was either too generic or assumed a full gym. I needed something built around my exact split, my equipment, and my dietary rules — so I built it.
How it works
FitTrack is a mobile-first PWA organized around a 4-day Push/Pull/Legs/Full Body split with LISS and HIIT cardio days. Every set is logged with weight and reps. A progressive overload engine runs double-progression logic — when you hit the top of your rep range across all sets, it tells you to add weight next session. The Coach tab surfaces plateau warnings (same weight across 3+ sessions), personal records, and a pre-session target card per exercise. Training history can be exported as a structured prompt for any AI tool. Firebase handles cloud sync across devices; a demo mode falls back to localStorage for the public embed.

A personal finance dashboard built for split-currency life — SAR income, USD investments, gold holdings, and goals that actually compound.
A personal capture system for ideas worth keeping — built because highlights rot in Kindle, bookmarks go unread, and great quotes deserve a home you'll actually return to.
